Come and celebrate A Glebe Sesquicentenary Hockey Event  at Jubilee Park on Saturday 15th August   starting at 9.30 am
What’s Happening? To mark their role in the sporting history of Glebe, the GLEBE DISTRICT HOCKEY CLUB is holding a hockey
morning at Jubilee Park, with help from the Council of the City of Sydney.

It is a history of which we can all be proud – and everyone’s invited! The Glebe District Hockey Club was founded in 1931. It has won THIRTY Club Championships, TWENTY-NINE first grade premierships, TWENTY-FOUR second grade premierships, and TWENTY-TWO third grade premierships…
… and Mark Paterson, a former Glebe Minkey player and  2008 first grade captain, is a member of the 2009 Australian Hockey Team!
Quite an achievement!
