I am a descendent of John Betts and Harriet Nisbett Betts, and their daughter Harriet Betts. I have some information that shows that they lived in the Glebe when it was first slotted into properties. Kew Cottage was where some family lived. I think there may be many bits of information but I wonder if you can provide a time line or if details exist of their presence and history. i have seen one story about a fire at Kew
    Cottage. Does it still exist?

We’ve just uploaded a collection of photos showing many of the buildings in Glebe Point Road now compared with photos taken in 1991.See https://www.glebesociety.org.au/about-glebe/history-heritage/glebe-point-road-now-then/

Hi I’m looking for historic images of glebe buildings with the address so I can compare them to today. I plan to go to the library and research further there, but any suggestions would be grand.
