In 1970, the Glebe Society prepared a Master Plan for the area which resulted in the National Trust’s 1974 listing of Glebe as a Conservation Area with the Heritage Council of NSW.  Come and join the History Walk on 18th October and find out more about our many wonderful heritage buildings.

The Walk will start at Benledi, 186 Glebe Point Road, at 1.30 p.m. and will take about two hours. It will be followed by afternoon tea at Benledi from 3.30pm to 5pm and a talk by our local historian, Max Solling.The cost is $25. Booking is essential for planning and catering purposes, so please RSVP by Monday 12 October.
